Send Us Your Digital Impressions.
- Log into your Medit Link account at medit.com
- Search “Reliance Dental Lab”
- Select Partner to link your office
- Once you have completed the partnership you will be able to send digital impressions

com/login - Search by email devanson@
reliancedentaldesigns.com - Click Find
- Send a partnership request;once accepted you can start sending digital scans
- Check the box to the bottom left for “Reliance Dental Designs”
- Click “Add” to complete registration
- For troubleshooting or technical support, call iTero Customer service at 1-800-577-8767
- Login to your CEREC® Connect account
- Select “MY CEREC® CONNECT”
- Type devanson@
reliancedentaldesigns.com or search lab name Reliance Dental Designs in the box for Company Name - Click Find
- Check the box to the bottom left for “Reliance Dental Designs”
- Send request for Partnership
- Submit

- Log in to your Primescan Account / DS Core
- Select
- Type “Reliance Dental Designs” in the search box
- Click Find
- Add Reliance Dental Designs as your preferred dental lab

- Log into your 3Shape customer account
- Search “Reliance Dental Designs Manteca”
- Click “Add Partnership”
